site.

Site Selection - via GoogleEarth

I was looking for a site that was outside of town, relatively flat, easily accessible, has access to water and also vegetation for enhanced scenic views.

Site Visit

My classmate, Alexis, and I teamed up to visit our sites. We met the nice farmer who owns this land, and had to explain why were trespassing and taking pictures of his fields.

"So you need a pretty picture to put a building on?"
 "Yes, that is all sir."

Honestly, a very nice man.

We then created an inspiration board. Click on it to view it a little bigger.
I decided to use the natural ordering system of the sunflower, note the bottom three images on the right, and the top right photo. The golden section [the rectangle with the swirl in the middle] is a common natural ordering system found everywhere. Google it.

Then after site analysis we create a system of parti drawings that help us set up an informed ordering system for our site and buildings.
